(1) High temperature resistance - through the sterilization test to verify, the aluminum cover needs to go through the high temperature sterilization link, if the high temperature resistance is poor, it is easy to deform or break after sterilization.

(2) Coating adhesion fastness - verified by coating firmness test, for aluminum covers with coated outer surfaces, if the heat resistance or corrosion resistance of the coating is poor, it is prone to wear and fall off.

(3) The matching performance of the aluminum cover and the applicable container - verified by the fit test, the barrier and sealing of the overall packaging of the container largely depend on the compatibility between the container and the aluminum cover, including the flatness after installing the aluminum cover, the aluminum cover does not deform after heat treatment, and does not break. Therefore, if the compatibility of the aluminum cover is poor, it is easy to lead to problems such as drug leakage and deterioration.

(4) Opening force - verified by bridging breaking force, opening force, full opening force, tearing force and other tests to prevent the use of drugs due to excessive opening force of the aluminum cover, or the opening force is too small, the tightness between the aluminum cover and the container is poor, and leakage occurs.
