(1) The appearance of the bottle cap: full molding, complete structure, no obvious shrinkage, bubbles, burrs, defects, uniform color, no damage to the anti-theft ring connecting bridge. The inner pad should be flat, free of eccentricity, breakage, impurities, spillage and warpage;
(2) Opening torque: the maximum torque required when opening the anti-theft cover of the package; The opening torque is between 0.6N.m~2.2N.m;
(3) Breaking torque: twist the anti-theft ring, the maximum torque required, the breaking torque is not more than 2.2N.m;
(4) Sealing performance: the cap of the bottle of sparkling beverage does not leak at 200kpa, and the cap does not take off at 350kpa; The cap of the bottle containing carbonated beverage is 690kpa without air leakage, and the cap is not removed at 1207kpa; (New Standard)
(5) Thermal stability performance: no bursting, no deformation, no air leakage (no leakage);
(6) Drop performance: no leakage, no cracking, no flying.
(7) Gasket grease spillage performance: after filling the clean bottle with distilled water and sealing it with the cap, it is placed sideways in a 42 °C incubator for 48 hours, and every 24 hours from the time of placement to observe whether there is grease in the liquid level in the bottle, and the test will be terminated if there is grease.
(8) Leakage (air leakage) angle: After encapsulation, draw a straight line between the bottle cap and the bottle mouth support ring. Slowly rotate the cap counterclockwise until an air leak or leak occurs, stopping immediately. Measure the angle between the cap line and the support ring. (The national standard requires safe opening performance, the original standard requires less than 120°, now changed to fully unscrewed, the cap does not fly off)
(9) Ring breaking angle: After encapsulation, draw a straight line between the bottle cap and the bottle mouth support ring. Slowly rotate the cap counterclockwise, observe that the tamper ring of the cap is broken, and stop immediately. Measure the angle between the cap line and the support ring.
