1. Production process of compression plastic cover

The suction machine sucks the mixed material into the barrel of the compression molding machine, heats it to a semi-molten plasticized state in the barrel, and quantitatively extrudes it into the mold cavity, and the upper and lower molds are closed, pressed and cooled to set and demold, and then cut the ring and add pads to complete the production of the compression cap.

2. Production process of injection molding cap

The material suction machine sucks the mixed materials into the barrel of the injection molding machine, heats it to the molten plasticized state in the barrel, injects it into the mold cavity, cools and sets the mold in the cavity, demolds, and then cuts the ring and adds pads to complete the production of injection molded caps.
